October 2018: After further review of our service support capability in the specific countries listed below (parts and resources), we have determined that can provide no support for these products past January 31st 2019.
Any last-time orders for maintenance parts should be placed by December 31st, 2018. We cannot accept any returns on parts after that date. You will be notified if we cannot fulfill orders. The last date to receive service and support under the terms of a service contract or time and materials is January 31, 2019.
