4.2. The Miraclon cookie setting tool

You have certain rights regarding the data we hold about you.

The rights available to you are the following: right to be informed, access, rectification, opposition, portability, deletion (the “right to forget”), limitation of processing, and to withdraw your consent (for the latter right, see section 4.2 above).

Concerning the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, where appropriate, relevant information about the underlying logic, and the importance and expected consequences of this processing for you, Miraclon confirms that there is no automated decision-making based on the personal data collected.

All of these rights are also detailed in section 7 of our Privacy Policy. We will try to respond to your request as soon as practicable and always within the timeframes set out in the GDPR.

If you have any questions about your rights or complaints about the way Miraclon handles your personal data, please address them to us in advance via Section 8 of this Policy. You always have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

The length of time the data collected through the various cookies will be retained may vary depending on whether the cookie is placed by Miraclon or by third parties. We are not responsible for the retention period of third-party cookies.

Your data collected by Miraclon will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy and in any case for a maximum of twenty-five (25) months. Beyond that, they will be erased when the retention periods expire, unless a longer retention period is permitted or imposed by a legal or regulatory requirement, or if they are subject to a process of anonymization of the data to make it impossible to “re-identify” individuals. These anonymised data, no longer being personal data, can thus be kept freely and enhanced, in particular by the production of statistics.
