Miraclon focuses on efficiency and ROI as it announces plans for Expografica Mexico

28/04/22

Miraclon, home of KODAK FLEXCEL Solutions, has announced its plans for the upcoming Expografica exhibition (May 4 – 7, 2022) in Guadaljara, Jalisco, Mexico. Exhibiting on Booth #1506 together with its local channel partner, Proveedora Grafica GX Mexico, visitors can see firsthand the wealth of efficiency and automation benefits that the newest technology from Miraclon can bring to their business to ultimately improve their ROI and financial bottom line. Miraclon experts will also give presentations and showcase real life examples of the benefits that KODAK FLEXCEL Solutions, PureFlexo™ Printing and FLEXCEL NX Central Software offer trade shops, converters, printers and brands.

Launched in 2021, with support for spot colors announced this month, PureFlexo Printing controls unwanted ink spread and allows for greater latitude on press to meet today’s high-quality expectations of brand clients while maximizing plant output and efficiency. Optimized for flexible packaging applications produced with solvent ink, it reduces unscheduled press stops and ultimately offers a range of financial benefits. PureFlexo Printing is available through a subscription to KODAK FLEXCEL NX Print Suite for Flexible Packaging.

The newly announced FLEXCEL NX Central Software offers customers a step change in productivity with the opportunity to eliminate up to 90% of manual plate layout time and boost plate utilization by up to 10%. The next generation software streamlines the platemaking process and seamlessly enables the integration of multiple advanced plate surface patterning features, designed to enhance print performance – including those delivered within FLEXCEL NX Print Suite and used for PureFlexo™ Printing – into one automated plate layout, enabling customers to complete more jobs in less time, at a lower cost.

Armando Rodriguez, Miraclon’s Commercial Manager for Latin America, said: “There is great excitement amongst our team to reconnect face-to-face with the industry at the most important regional event for the printing, label and packaging community this year. Global economic pressures are impacting our industry too, so visitors should use the opportunity to look for and ask questions about the technologies that can help make their workflows and production more efficient and subsequently relieve some of these financial pressures. We look forward to demonstrating how our technology can help them do so.”
