Online training success
Miraclon’s Latin America team has taken the opportunity to help KODAK FLEXCEL NX users in lockdown, providing training direct to customers and partners wherever they are.
A series of webinars launched this month with a popular webinar, drawing 265 attendees, focused on understanding plate surface patterning.
While hopeful for a good response to the online upskilling, the audience and interaction – more than 80 questions were asked – far exceeded expectations. Future webinars are now planned for coming weeks.
Launch success
Jaime Agudelo, Technical & Service Manager for Latin America, and Nicolas Castrataro, TAG Argentina, led the webinar, with attendees from across the Latin America region signing in to find out more about FLEXCEL NX Plate surface patterning. The feedback from people who joined was really positive, with thanks shared on LinkedIn.
A customer in Argentina posted: “Thank you Jaime Agudelo for always supporting us and allowing continuous improvement and advancement in new technologies. We continue to train under Covid19.”
Future online training
The Latin America (LAR) team have decided to schedule weekly training webinars over coming months and will continue to organise webinars once Covid-19 restrictions are eased.
The planned webinars may be expanded and adjusted as the team check in with customers and partners. Training will focus on the FLEXCEL NX System technology and how to maximize this technology. The LAR team are also looking to include other subjects that will be useful.
