Setting new heights for corrugated print production, the unique capabilities of FLEXCEL NX technology enable full tonal reproduction, low dot gain, and robust on-press performance. Higher line screens are possible with existing press equipment, while excellent ink transfer and coverage minimizes fluting and increases visual impact, even on lower quality liner material.

Printers are using FLEXCEL NXC Plates to increase design freedom for brands on secondary packaging, offering a viable cost-effective alternative to pre-print or litho laminate. This is new territory for direct printing on board.

For pre-print applications FLEXCEL NXH Plates offer the capability to provide brands with a trusted alternative to litho laminate. Miraclon customer Pulse Media harnessed the capability of their FLEXCEL NX System to put designs on to corrugated with impressive results:
