Making flexo printing more sustainable

The most dramatic sustainability impact of our FLEXCEL NX Plates takes place in the printing process.

All the on-press performance benefits that FLEXCEL NX Technology provides also reduce waste, increase resource utilization and enable support for a wide range of eco-friendly materials.

And that’s without increasing costs, in fact improving the bottom line – it’s like getting two for one!

Platemaking with a smaller environmental footprint

FLEXCEL Solutions make platemaking more sustainable through:

• Consistency in the platemaking process so each plate is accurate, predictable and repeatable. This leads to less plate remakes and waste.
• VOC-free, solvent-free, water-wash plate processing using FLEXCEL NX Ultra Solution
• Automated plate layout using FLEXCEL NX Central Software ensures minimal plate wastage.
• Shine LED Lamp Kits for plate exposure reduce energy usage and hazardous waste while enabling the reuse of existing equipment.
